At Last, a Library to Meet New Boston's Needs

Conceptual rendering of the new Library - Dignard Architectural Services
Although smaller than earlier versions, the main building will be 5,000 square feet, twice the size of the current Library. The building will be one story which avoids the high cost and loss of valuable space that stairs and an elevator a two-story structure would require. The flexible design will permit the interior areas to be altered as needs change over time. The design also includes an attached, privately funded, 48 by 32 square-foot Community Program Room.
