Going to college?
Need to apply for financial aid?
|
If you are heading to college, you will probably be filing for financial aid. Most financial aid is based on the FAFSA, the Federal Financial Aid form. Most students file online and using the FAFSA on the Web Pre-Application Worksheet makes it easier! |
| |
|
The number of FAFSAs filed electronically has increased dramatically. More than 80 percent of all FAFSAs are filed online. In the past many filers used a paper copy of the FAFSA obtained at the library to prepare to file, but there's a better way. The FAFSA on the Web Pre-Application Worksheet was developed to simplify your preparations, with instuctions and an easy to follow layout. To print the Worksheet go to www.fafsa.ed.gov. For those who prefer to file a paper FAFSA, the forms will arrive at the library in early November.
